You must be confident, enthusiastic, a team player, trustworthy and have good communication skills and passionate about your career choice. We are passionate and committed to what we do and expect the same of each employee. As the apprentice you will be required to maintain the salon and reflect our standards.
Future Prospects
- Once qualified if there are any positions available these will be discussed, after the End Point Assessment
- The opportunities we offer if available can progress from level 3 to individual advanced courses leading to a shop floor position
Vacancy Detail
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation for start of day
- Prepare refreshments for clients
- Meet any targets set
- All hairdressing and related duties
- Maintaining daily cleanliness and tidiness of salon
- Contributing to the development of the team
- Training and development directly related to your role
- Shampooing and conditioning treatments
- You will be taught to blow-dry and will be blow-drying clients in the salon during the early stages of the apprenticeship. We believe the earlier you start working with clients the more confident you will become in the salon
- End of day duties

- The apprenticeship is a demanding role, you need to with stand long hours on your feet, high demand and pressure when working in a busy enviroment helping fellow work collegues
- You must communicate well and always ask questions if unsure
