Training to be Provided


  • As an Apprentice you will be included on a Childcare Qualification

  • Your Qualification will be delivered by Inspiro Learning who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship

  • This will involve an assessor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship

Future Prospects


  • After successful completion of the Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification, further training opportunities may be available

  • After qualifying, a full-time position may not be available with this company, however, the qualification will allow you to seek alternative employment as a qualified practitioner within a Child Care establishment

Vacancy Detail


  • To ensure children's welfare and safety are your primary concern

  • To maintain high standards throughout the nursery, implementing all policies and procedures at all times

  • To ensure good practices are implemented regarding health and safety and hygiene

  • To be aware of the Child Protection policy and know what to do if a suspicion arises

  • To encourage child development through effective, age appropriate activities and play

  • Over time, take responsibility for a small group of 'Key Children' and completing observations and folders

  • To liaise with parents/carers on a regular basis

  • To assist in maintaining a safe, clean and tidy environment

  • To be aware of the fire precautions and procedures and know your specific role in case of an emergency

  • To have a clear understanding of all dietary requirements and allergies

  • To display children's work, ensuring displays are labelled, neat and changed on a regular basis

  • To attend regular staff meetings to ensure we maintain a professional, caring and consistent service

  • To attend any training deemed necessary to develop your career and improve performance

  • To work as part of a team but also use own initiative
