Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy automotive service environment while working towards a recognised qualification - Business Administration Level 3.
Qualifications Required
GCSE grade 4/C or above is required for this Apprenticeship position
Skills Required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
Training to be Provided
As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 3 in Business Administration
Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths (if required)

As an Apprentice Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with invoicing for vehicles booked in for service, maintenance, and repairs
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Supporting the service team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Liaising with technicians and parts departments
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
