Brief Description
British Hardwoods in Keighley are recruiting for an Apprentice Wood Machinist. The successful candidate will complete a Level 2 Wood Machinist Apprenticeship over the duration of 21 months.

Vacancy Detail
- Working alongside experienced craftsmen learning all aspects of woodmachining on a structured wood machining apprenticeship.
- Main duties include: Processing hardwoods from the log to the finished kiln-dried products.
- Learning to set up, operate and maintain a wide variety of modern woodworking machines.
- You will be producing high quality timber products such as flooring, mouldings and window boards. Working towards and learning Health and Safety regulations. The company is driven by an environmental ethos, so learning about sustainability and environment waste management will be integrated in the job role.
