Brief Description

We are recruiting a full-time Data Technician Apprentice at the Marlowe Theatre to support the data processing, analytical reviews and KPI reporting.

Training to be Provided

The Data Technician Apprentice will complete a Level 3 qualification over two years, developing core data handling skills. This includes sourcing, cleaning, migrating, analysing and securely presenting data using appropriate tools and legal methods. Learning will consist of 7 hours of off‑the‑job training per week, consisting of seminars, practical projects, and 1‑to‑1 sessions through our apprenticeship provider Creative Alliance.

Vacancy Detail


  • As instructed, support the Data Analyst & Revenues Manager, process, analyse and interpret sales, audience and business data to support the Marlowe Theatre’s Business Plan.

  • To collate KPI data as required to support the business plan.

  • To work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to maximise the use of data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Develop effective working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Ensure that you, the team, and contractors work in a safe and legal way to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Other Information

GCSEs at Level 4 or above in Maths and English are preferred, otherwise a Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy must be completed during the apprenticeship.
