Brief Description
Launch your engineering career with MKP Group. Hands-on, high-tech, real manufacturing. Work with cutting‑edge machinery, learn practical engineering skills, and grow into a qualified sheet metal worker. We’re seeking motivated, hands‑on individuals ready to build a career they can be proud of.
Training to be Provided
As part of this apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day a week at Milton Keynes College studying a Metal Fabricator Apprenticeship, alongside hands-on learning in the workplace. You’ll learn from experienced engineers in a real manufacturing environment, develop highly sought-after engineering skills, and work with modern equipment on a variety of projects. This is your chance to join a growing, well-established company and build a long-term career, not just a job.
Future Prospects
Once you complete your initial training, you’ll continue developing the skills needed to become a fully qualified sheet metal worker. At the end of your apprenticeship, you could be offered a full-time role — and that’s just the beginning. With MK Pressings, you’ll have the chance to grow, specialise, and become a key part of our team.
Vacancy Detail

- Cars and high-end vehicles
- Storage and filing systems
- Welded metal assemblies
- Precision sheet metal components
You’ll be trained to use:

- Brake press machines (to shape metal)

- Spot welding
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re keen to learn and happy to get stuck in
- You enjoy working with your hands and machinery
- You’re reliable and like working as part of a team
- You want a career, not just a job
If you like building things, learning new skills, and solving problems, this is a great opportunity.
You’ll gain valuable experience, learn from skilled engineers, and grow into a qualified sheet metal worker while making real products used in everyday life.
