Brief Description

This is a chance to get involved with an ever-growing professional company, to get involved in credit control in a way that allows a good work/life balance whilst still developing you for a potential permanent role. Unless seeing clients face to face, dress attire is smart/casual and there is great camaraderie within the team. 

Training to be Provided

On the job training is delivered by the employer.


Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship English and mathematics minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.


Allocation of an apprenticeship delivery coach who will carry out regular training.


Assessment and support visits to ensure you acquire new learning, knowledge skills and behaviours in order to progress and develop.


Identify, track and support 6 hours off the job training activities.


Quarterly formal progress review meetings, identifying learning achievements and next steps.

Vacancy Detail

1. Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.


2. Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication.


3. Assess and set credit limits for new and existing customers.


4. Perform credit checks and evaluate financial risk.


5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies.


6. Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.


7. Prepare regular reports on debtor balances and aged debt.


8. Negotiate payment plans when necessary.
