Brief Description
Join NET (National Employer Training), part of the TEC Partnership, as a Level 3 Administrator Apprentice. You’ll support learners into education and employment while gaining hands-on experience, building confidence, and developing the skills employers value in a supportive, real working environment.
Training to be Provided
- Level 3 Business Administrator
- A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training
- Functional skills in maths and English *if applicable
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated work based trainer who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This Apprenticeship is delivered wholly in the workplace, the successful candidate will not need to attend any weekly sessions at the Grimsby Institute unless Maths or English is required as part of the Apprenticeship.

- Support with a range of administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems
- Assist in organising events, enrolments, and learner support activities to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle reception duties along with phone and email enquiries, responding promptly and directing queries where needed
- Work collaboratively across different teams to make sure learners receive a high-quality, joined-up experience
- Play an active role in supporting learner welfare, engagement, and progression throughout their journey
