Brief Description

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you will support the Directors hiring across the built environment sector. You will source candidates, support clients, coordinate interviews and build strong relationships with employers and jobseekers. Recruitment is fast-paced, people-focused and rewarding, with strong earning potential and progression.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)

Training to be Provided

Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:
• Sourcing candidates using online platforms, job boards, LinkedIn and social media
• Speaking with candidates to discuss career aspirations, suitability, availability and opportunities
• Supporting candidates through the registration process
• Preparing job adverts, CV formatting and candidate profiles
• Advertising vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms
• Arranging interviews and managing interview feedback
• Updating internal CRM systems accurately and consistently
• Assisting with compliance documentation and ID checks
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients
• Supporting business development activities and lead generation
• Learning market trends within Construction and the Built Environment sectors
• Matching candidates to vacancies based on skills and client requirements
• Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and energetic team
• Developing the skills required to independently manage your own candidate pool and 360 recruitment processes
• Representing the business professionally and developing your personal brand as a recruiter
