Brief Description
Step into leadership with the Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship. Gain hands-on experience leading teams, managing daily operations, and delivering great customer service in restaurants, hotels, and event venues - all while earning, learning, and building skills for future management roles.
Training to be Provided
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Future Prospects
- The right candidate may be appointed a full-time position
Vacancy Detail
- Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle any complaints or issues professionally
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Oversee service standards, health & safety, and ensure the workplace runs efficiently
