Brief Description
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing recruitment business, working within the Security Sector. You'll be working closely with the Operations Team and Control Room with a focus on client liaison and candidate interviewing.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English 4 or above (or equivalent)
Personal Qualities
Willingness to learn and take initiative;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Attention to detail;
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude;
Skills Required
Basic IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
Good organisational skills;
Training to be Provided
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

• Maintaining accurate records, files and reports
