Brief Description

Supporting the business owner with administration, client onboarding, email management, scheduling and day-to-day office tasks. The role will also include assisting with business registrations, HMRC and Companies House processes, preparing client paperwork, chasing information from clients and maintaining organised digital records.

Training to be Provided

Training will mainly take place within the workplace alongside experienced staff members, with additional apprenticeship training provided by the training provider either online or at college on a day release basis. The apprentice will receive ongoing support and mentoring while learning business administration, client communication, office systems, HMRC and Companies House processes, and general administration within an accountancy practice. Training schedules will be agreed with the successful candidate and training provider.
