Brief Description
We will provide you with all the tools as well as one to one training from proven top billers enabling you to learn the whole recruitment role (360), from liaising with candidates to clients, as well as teaching you how to sell and objection handle like a pro. Recruitment has the potential to earn you a lot of money.
Training to be Provided
- Recruitment Resourcer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
- Functional Skills if required
- 13-months training at the employer's location
Future Prospects
- Permanent position for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
- Qualify and shortlist candidates against job vacancies
- Assist with recruitment and selection process
- Identify and attract candidates through company social media platforms and job boards
- Write, place, update and monitor job adverts in line with company procedure
- Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
- Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
- Accurately record, update and maintain candidate and client records on internal recruitment database
- Achieve agreed KPI's and targets
- Provide first line support for all enquiries
- Maintain and uphold company standards, branding and principles
- Format candidates CVs in line with company branding and guidelines
- Utilise database information in line with relevant legislation and best practice
