Brief Description
Are you a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail? Enjoy working in an office? Do you have GCSE level 8 or above in English and maths and want to learn more? Then LJM Solutions would like to meet you.
Training to be Provided
Business Administrator Level 3.
On-the-job training with 6-hours per week assigned to the apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail
- Supporting internal teams with admin tasks and document control
- Learning to manage internal workflows and updating project timelines
- Carrying out research and supporting online applications and registrations
- Assisting with customer communications and providing excellent phone support
- Creating and formatting business documents, contracts, and reports
- Helping with compliance checks, data entry and system organisation
- Taking minutes, updating calendars, and keeping things running smoothly
- Documentation - repeat preparation of official documentation

- A serious interest in administration and business operations
- Strong attention to detail and confident written English
- Good with numbers and data (comfortable using Excel, Word, email etc.)
- Professional, clear telephone manner and great communication skills
