Working Week: 4 days with the company working 0800–1600 on the tools. 1 day at college, 9am to 4pm. The apprenticeship programme starts in September 2026, but the successful applicant will start the job ASAP.
Brief Description
Training you in the best horticultural & garden maintenance practices in some of North London’s finest large & small gardens. Working in small teams to give great one-on-one teaching. Regularly working with the company's owners who can pass on their combined 50 years worth of experience.
Training to be Provided
The training will take place at work and at college. You will work four days hands-on gardening with the company and one day at Capel Manor College, Enfield.
Future Prospects
Successful apprentices will progress to a full-time role within the company. We want all employees to progress further and are coached towards a team-leader position.

- We also carry out lots of planting jobs that can then be viewed long-term to see the progress of plants
Other Information
All gardening work is physically demanding and requires a good level of strength and fitness.
