Brief Description

The Marketing Apprentice will support the company’s marketing, customer engagement, and digital communications activities while developing skills in AI-assisted marketing tools, content creation, social media management, CRM systems, and campaign reporting.

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.

  • Assist with planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns

  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters

  • Help maintain website content and landing pages

  • Assist with SEO optimisation and keyword research

  • Produce marketing materials including posts, blogs, flyers, presentations, and short-form videos

  • Assist with creating telecoms and utilities industry content for customers and partners

  • Support brand consistency across all communications

  • Update customer databases and CRM systems

  • Support customer follow-up campaigns

  • Assist with customer surveys, testimonials, and feedback collection

  • Help identify new business opportunities through marketing activity

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics

  • Prepare basic marketing reports and dashboards
