Brief Description
The Marketing Apprentice will support the company’s marketing, customer engagement, and digital communications activities while developing skills in AI-assisted marketing tools, content creation, social media management, CRM systems, and campaign reporting.
Future Prospects
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Assist with planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters
- Help maintain website content and landing pages
- Assist with SEO optimisation and keyword research
- Produce marketing materials including posts, blogs, flyers, presentations, and short-form videos
- Assist with creating telecoms and utilities industry content for customers and partners
- Support brand consistency across all communications
- Update customer databases and CRM systems
- Support customer follow-up campaigns
- Assist with customer surveys, testimonials, and feedback collection
- Help identify new business opportunities through marketing activity
- Monitor campaign performance metrics
- Prepare basic marketing reports and dashboards
- Maintain organised digital marketing files and records
- Support general business administration linked to marketing activities
