Working Week: Monday - Thursday ,9.00am - 5.00pm (30 minutes for lunch). Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm (30 minutes for lunch).
Brief Description
Working with the service desk, the role is to learn all aspects of customer engagement. You will also provide general all round administrative support within the office and gain an understanding of all areas, As part of this position you will be raising invoices on Clik and sending to sage software and sourcing spare parts.
Training to be Provided
- You will achieve your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
- There are workshops that you will need to attend via Zoom
- You will have a Mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
Future Prospects
- There will be ongoing training and development for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship
