Brief Description
Kick-start your career in education with a Level 3 Educational Support Assistant apprenticeship at Grange Moor Primary School. Gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning and well-being while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Training to be Provided
- Training will be delivered online by the apprenticeship training provider.
- The apprentice will attend regular online training sessions and workshops.
- Off-the-job training will be completed during normal working hours in line with apprenticeship requirements.
- The apprentice will receive support and mentoring from experienced school staff alongside their formal training.
- The apprentice will work towards achieving the Level 3 Educational Support Assistant apprenticeship standard
Future Prospects
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice may have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Educational Support Assistant role, subject to vacancies and performance. The experience and qualification gained will also provide a strong foundation for further study and career progression within the education sector, including higher-level support roles and teaching support qualifications.
