Receive training in Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid, with the opportunity to progress to Level 3.

Training to be Provided

The apprenticeship combines practical, hands-on experience in the nursery with off-the-job training and dedicated study time. Apprentices will work alongside experienced practitioners while completing coursework and attending training sessions as part of their Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Future Prospects

Upon successful completion of the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress onto a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. This can lead to increased responsibilities within the nursery and provide a pathway towards senior practitioner, room leader, or other leadership roles within the early years sector.
