Brief Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen where you will support Collections Team manage and progress cases through both operational and administrative processes, ensuring effective arrears recovery services are delivered within agreed upon service level agreements.

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

Vacancy Detail


  • Ensure that collections cases are progressed efficiently inline with agreed upon targets and service levels.

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy across case records.

  • Deliver clear communication to clients, stakeholders and debtors.

  • Produce and process documentation accurately and within regulatory standards

  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth case outcomes

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating risks to the appropriate channel
