Brief Description
Do you have a passion and drive for a career in the legal sector? In this role, you will be supporting the team, working as a Paralegal apprentice assisting senior residential property solicitors in a broad range of conveyancing instructions, providing support and an efficient administrative service.
Training to be Provided
- Paralegal Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Future Prospects
- Over time there should be opportunities to progress with further training into the area, Paralegal, Legal Executive and Solicitor are all longer term possibilities
Vacancy Detail
- Assisting senior solicitors with residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Working directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to to enhance transaction service
- Dealing with file set up and administration
- Dealing with AML and file set up compliance
- Assisting with post exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and seeing them through to completion
- Assisting with all aspects of post completion matters including title registration and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
