Brief Description

To provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Stakeholder & Learner Engagement Team, assisting with learner engagement, stakeholder relationships, recruitment activities, learner onboarding and programme administration.

Vacancy Detail


  • Act as a first point of contact for learner enquiries via telephone, email and CRM systems.

  • Support the progression of learner enquiries through the recruitment and onboarding journey.

  • Book appointments, inductions, information sessions and learner reviews.

  • Assist in collecting enrolment and eligibility documentation.

  • Ensure learner records are accurately maintained on CRM and internal systems.

  • Track learner enquiries and follow up non-engaged referrals.

  • Support learner communications through phone calls, email, SMS and digital platforms.

  • Assist with learner attendance and engagement monitoring.

  • Support the administration of learner feedback and satisfaction surveys.

  • Support coordinators in maintaining stakeholder and employer records.

  •  Assist with organising employer visits, events, information sessions and community engagement activities.

  •  Update employer and stakeholder information on CRM systems.

  • Support the preparation of engagement reports and KPI information.

  • Research potential referral and community partners.

  • Support the completion and quality checking of learner documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records in line with funding requirements and GDPR.

  • Assist with compliance monitoring activities.

  • Support data cleansing and CRM housekeeping activities.

  • Produce reports and management information as required.

  • Support audit preparation and document retrieval activities.

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Coordinators.

  • Manage shared inboxes and direct enquiries appropriately.

  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record actions.

  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and learner recruitment activities.

  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience.

  • Undertake other duties relevant to the programme.
