Brief Description
An exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who is looking to start their career in administration and join an award-winning organisation that provides an opportunity to work within the central support functions. You will enjoy interacting with people over the telephone and tasked with day-to-day admin duties.
Training to be Provided
- Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard
- You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
- There will be workshops that you need to attend remotely via Teams
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Vacancy Detail
- Act as front of house for the office and help create a welcoming, professional environment
- Welcome clients, visitors and partners and make sure they are directed to the right person
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and respond to basic enquiries
- Make outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments, provide updates or follow up agreed actions
- Schedule appointments and support the management of team diaries and calendars
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to RESTART Advisers and the wider delivery team
- Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
- Update client and office records accurately and keep information up to date
- Support administrative processes connected with the RESTART Scheme
- Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate and once trained to do so
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to complete administrative tasks
- Handle personal and confidential information appropriately
- Keep accurate records and follow required processes
- Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and external partners
- Complete your apprenticeship learning, training and assessments within agreed timescales
