Brief Description
An exciting opportunity for you to join our inspiring team at Nova Training as a Trainee Tutor within our Cannock Centre.You will be working with students to help develop their knowledge,skills and behaviour equipping them with everything they need to secure and sustain employment.
Training to be Provided
- You will achieve a Level 5 Teaching qualification
- 20% off-the-job training
- EPA
- No day release, in-house training

Vacancy Detail
- Create conditions in the training centre which will help to develop the abilities,skills and confidence of each learner
- Empathise,engage and inspire all learners across programmes
- Assist in delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students
- Support learners in their academic progress and personal development
- Collaborate with experienced tutors to develop lesson plans and required material
- Monitor and provide constructive feedback of student progress
- Behaviour management
Other Information
- Some experience in tutoring/teaching (HLTA,TA,LSA)
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners to succeed
- Excellent communication and the ability to connect with students
- Patience, empathy and proactive attitude
- Commitment to CPD and professional development
