Brief Description

The Recruitment Apprenticeship with Ngenium provides on-the-job training to learn candidate sourcing, sales, and communication skills. As an apprentice, you will work with experienced recruiters, assisting with responsibilities such as candidate screening, sourcing, and assessments. Gain practical experience and kickstart your career!

Training to be Provided

Recruiter Level 3.


Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

Your duties will include:



  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop recruitment strategies

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the company database

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and sending follow-up emails

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve recruitment skills
