Brief Description
We are recruiting enthusiastic Early Years apprentices and practitioners to join Hockley Community Day Nursery. Support children’s learning, development, care and wellbeing while building a rewarding career. Level 3 and level 5 apprenticeship candidates are particularly welcome.

There is potential for continued employment and career progression within Hockley Community Day Nursery Ltd following successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance, business needs and available vacancies. Progression opportunities may include senior practitioner, room leadership and further professional development.
Vacancy Detail
Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners and room leaders, duties will include supporting children's learning through play, helping to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, observing and recording children's development, supporting daily care routines, promoting children's independence, maintaining safe and stimulating learning environments, and building positive relationships with children and families.
Apprentices will complete the relevant Level 3 or Level 5 Early Years apprenticeship programme through the training provider. Training will combine workplace learning, practical experience and off-the-job learning in line with the apprenticeship requirements.
