Vacancy Detail
Join our Group IT team as a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience while developing your technical skills and working towards an IT qualification.
You will provide first-line support to colleagues, troubleshoot IT issues and gain exposure to Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, cyber security and cloud technologies.
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software and IT issues
- Log, update and resolve support requests through the Service Desk
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment
- Assist with user accounts, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Support basic network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure tasks
- Assist with system updates, maintenance and backups
- Follow IT security, data protection and company procedures
- Support IT projects, including upgrades, installations and migrations
- Maintain accurate IT asset and user records
- Work with suppliers and third parties when required
- Complete apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments
- Develop technical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience
