Brief Description
We’re looking for an IT Apprentice to join Lords Group Trading, combining hands-on experience with a Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship. You’ll help support the technology behind our building materials businesses while learning on the job. No IT experience needed – just curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Training to be Provided
All of the training will be in the workplace, delivered online.
Future Prospects
We would hope that the apprentice would stay with the company and continue their development.
Vacancy Detail
- Help colleagues with everyday IT issues
- Set up laptops, equipment, software and user accounts
- Log, investigate and resolve support requests
- Support new starters and leavers with their IT needs
- Help maintain IT equipment and asset records
- Assist with networks, connectivity and cloud services
- Learn about cybersecurity and keeping our systems and information safe
- Get involved in IT projects and improvements

Full, clean driving licence and own, reliable, transport - this is due to the requirement to support teams on multiple sites around the business.
