Brief Description
Kickstart your career in hospitality with Esquires Coffee Oakham! As a team member apprentice, you'll master the craft of coffee making, deliver exceptional customer service and learn the essentials of running a vibrant cafe. Gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn and grow with out passionate team.
Training to be Provided
The training will take place at Grantham College 1 day a week.
Future Prospects
Progression to senior barista role upon successful completion alongside opportunities to advance into shift supervisory positions.

Other Information
Please note that this role does involve standing for long periods of time lifting stock. Also there will need to be flexibility for early starts and weekend working. You will also be required to travel both to the workplace and the college for training.
