Training to be Provided
A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your apprenticeship (14-18 months, including endpoint assessment).

Vacancy Detail
No two days will be the same!
- You’ll support the Recruitment Manager with reviewing applications, arranging and assisting with interviews and booking new starter inductions
- You’ll also work closely with the Compliance Team to keep staff records accurate and up to date, helping ensure new starters have a smooth journey into the company
This role is deal for someone approachable, proactive and keen to develop their career in Recruitment!
Other Information
After completing the apprenticeship, there are plenty of opportunities to progress within HR. You could move into roles such as HR Administrator, HR Officer or HR Advisor, taking on more responsibility and supporting more complex employee matters.
You could also work towards further HR qualifications, including CIPD, and eventually progress into specialist, senior or HR management roles.
