Brief Description
We are in search of an Agentic Software Developer Apprentice to join our team at the London office.
Personal Qualities
- Good communication skills with confidence working alongside non technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on testing and reliability.
Skills Required
- Genuine interest in AI, automation and modern software development.
- Some experience with Python or JavaScript, either academic or self taught.
- Curiosity to explore new tools, frameworks and agentic technologies.
- An interest in operational problem solving and building simple products that make work easier.
- Ability to work with APIs and data structures or a willingness to learn.
Training to be Provided
Our apprenticeship goes beyond the Level 4 standard and includes a Foundation Degree in Digital Innovation which is validated by the Open University. Each cohort spends their first 5 weeks at college taking part in our Launchpad training.
This training not only covers modules for the degree programme but also ensures to prepare you for the workplace. Following the Launchpad training you will return to your employer for 7-8 weeks returning to Ada for one-week blocks on a rotation basis.

About the role:
This role sits within our Technology and Automation function which supports all divisions across Komodo.
You will work closely with creative, strategy, campaigns and talent teams to build tools and agentic systems that improve the way Komodo operates.

Key Information:
- Time and contract type: Full-time permanent
- Hybrid working: We work from the office Tuesdays - Thursdays and the remaining days from home.
- Location: Our office is located in Borough, with Waterloo and London Bridge train stations close by.
- Working hours: 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm
