Brief Description

You will be working in a fast-growing, rewarding environment. Gaining hands-on experience with advanced turf machinery used by Premier League clubs, the National Trust, councils, estates and top schools. Work from our new state-of-the-art HQ on innovative tech including autonomous mowers, robotics and electric equipment.

Training to be Provided


  • Once a week teaching sessions (3x online, 1x in person at BCA), the rest of the time spent at workplace

  • Functional Skills once a week, if neccessary

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on sports turf machinery, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition

  • Equipment Inspection: Perform detailed inspections of machinery to identify any issues or areas needing attention
