Brief Description
You will be working in a fast-growing, rewarding environment. Gaining hands-on experience with advanced turf machinery used by Premier League clubs, the National Trust, councils, estates and top schools. Work from our new state-of-the-art HQ on innovative tech including autonomous mowers, robotics and electric equipment.
Training to be Provided
- Once a week teaching sessions (3x online, 1x in person at BCA), the rest of the time spent at workplace
- Functional Skills once a week, if neccessary

Vacancy Detail
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on sports turf machinery, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition
- Equipment Inspection: Perform detailed inspections of machinery to identify any issues or areas needing attention
- Assisting Technicians: Work closely with senior technicians to learn best practices in operating and maintaining various turf care equipment
- Learning Equipment Functionality: Gain hands-on experience with innovative machinery, including autonomous mowers and robotic equipment
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance procedures, repairs, and inspections
- Training on New Technologies: Participate in training sessions focused on the latest turf care technologies and techniques
- Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling machinery and tools in the workshop and on-site
- Customer Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients about equipment usage and maintenance practices
- Workshop Organisation: Help maintain a clean and organised workshop environment to ensure efficiency and safety
