Working Week: Monday to Friday shift pattern between 8.30am - 5.00pm. The site location for this Construction Trainee is anticipated to be in Harlow, Essex. *please note that due to the nature of the role, site locations are subject to change.
Brief Description
A Construction Trainee role starting Sept 2026 at Vistry, supporting safe and successful project delivery across quality, budget, programme, design and customer service. You’ll learn site operations, follow company procedures, gain hands‑on experience, and work toward a Level 4 apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
- Training will be virtual delivered in the workplace on a weekly basis
Future Prospects
- On successful completion of the apprenticeship and high performance Trainees can move into Assistant roles at Vistry
