Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our construction team and work towards achieving a Chartered Surveyor qualification (BSc Hons) through a structured degree apprenticeship programme.
Training to be Provided
Training will take place 1 day a week at the University.
Future Prospects
Once qualified and achieved MRICS this will lead to an Assistant Quantity Surveying role.
Vacancy Detail
- Assist with cost estimating and cost planning for construction projects.
- Undertake take-offs from drawings and prepare pricing schedules.
- Support subcontractor procurement and contract documentation.
- Help with commercial reporting, valuations and cost control.
- Visit sites and collaborate with project teams to monitor project progress.
