Brief Description
We are looking for a keen and talented person to join our team as an apprentice chef. Working alongside our chef to produce high quality dishes. The role will involve all aspects of kitchen work, and there will be many opportunities to have input into our menu and cook a variety of food.
Training to be Provided
- We have an in-house training package which covers mandatory modules such as health & safety, fire safety, conflict management etc.
- You will also be required to attend Cambridge Regional College once a week and continue on the job learning on the remaining days of the week at The Axe and Compass.
Future Prospects
- Once the apprenticeship is completed we would hope to take the person on as a commis chef with the opportunity to progress
