Brief Description
Greene King is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice. If you are looking to take the next step within your hospitality career into a more senior position, then this is the opportunity for you!
Training to be Provided
Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service L2, including Functional Skills in maths and English.

As a bar and waiting apprentice, you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
- Greet, serve food and look after our customers whilst they dine with us.
- Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet specs and customer expectations.
- Making sure front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
What your apprenticeship includes
- A mixture of face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
- A mixture of on and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and Apprenticeship Trainer
- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSEs)
A Food and Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15 month programme
