Brief Description
This is a great opportunity to start your career in a professional construction consultancy and gain valuable industry experience. Huntley Cartwright, a successful firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors based in Caterham, Surrey, is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.
Training to be Provided
- Day release, once a week at LSBU's Southwark campus
Future Prospects
- MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveying qualification
- Candidates will aspire to act as QS on their own construction projects
Vacancy Detail
This course is for candidates who wish to obtain an honours degree in surveying accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
As part of the programme, apprentices will be mentored and will work towards becoming chartered with RICS. We have a fully supported RICS approved training programme.

This opportunity will involve visits to construction sites and offices of other design consultants and client.
Other Information
All applicants must hold:
- A Level BBB or;
- BTEC National Diploma DDM or;
- Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions 21 Merits or;
- Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 128 UCAS points
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
