Working Week: This role involves flexible working hours in line with domiciliary care needs. Shifts will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on service user requirements.
Brief Description
As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will support people in their own homes and within the community, helping them to live independently, stay safe, and enjoy a better quality of life.You’ll gain hands-on experience alongside a supportive team.
Training to be Provided
Training will take place primarily in the workplace, supported by your employer and College Assesor. You will begin with a week induction at work, where you will complete all mandatory training.

- Assist people to access the community, appointments, outings
- Follow Care plans and report any changes in individual to Senior Care worker
