Brief Description
This apprenticeship role will sit within the IT team and contribute to day-to-day ICT support while developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
- Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Bi-weekly live training sessions delivered remotely by your ICT Tutor

Key responsibilities:
The apprentice will support the IT team in delivering effective technology services across the organisation. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software and network issues
- Supporting the installation, configuration and maintenance of devices and systems
- Assisting with user account management and system access
- Supporting system monitoring, updates and routine maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records of support requests and technical activity
- Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders to provide effective IT support
