Brief Description
Start and develop a career as a Quantity Surveying Apprentice with a multi awarding winning property and construction consultancy where you will be challenged daily working on exceptionally varied and diverse projects in a team atmosphere.
Training to be Provided
You will be studying for a Chartered Surveyor degree.
In addition:

Vacancy Detail
- Advise on costs involved in building projects
- Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
- Advise on contract arrangements and conditions under which buildings will be constructed
- Evaluation of tenders and reporting thereon
- Attending and being involved in contractor meetings
- Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc.
- Preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts
