Brief Description

Start and develop a career as a Quantity Surveying Apprentice with a multi awarding winning property and construction consultancy where you will be challenged daily working on exceptionally varied and diverse projects in a team atmosphere.

Training to be Provided

You will be studying for a Chartered Surveyor degree.

  • Advise on costs involved in building projects

  • Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals

  • Advise on contract arrangements and conditions under which buildings will be constructed

  • Evaluation of tenders and reporting thereon

  • Attending and being involved in contractor meetings

  • Provide advice on implications of different construction methods, materials etc.

  • Preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts
