Brief Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Contracts Coordinator / Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Future Prospects
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation - Risk Assessment, Method Statements, CoSHH Assessments
- Data entry in Excel
- Planning for personnel, equipment, and materials required at client sites
- Liaising with clients
- Compiling inspection reports and invoices

- Basic IT skills
- Driving license REQUIRED
- Suitable for those with previous contracting experience and those new to the industry. Full training provided
- Suitable for individuals with university, college, or government training scheme education
- Interest in engineering or building construction
