Working Week: Your working week on site and in a local office will be between Monday and Friday from 8:30am- 5:00pm. You will attend college weekly in on-line workshops.
Brief Description
The Bid and Proposal Coordinator apprentice will support the "work winning" process by managing the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, tenders, and bids to prospective clients on projects.
Training to be Provided
Bids and Proposals Coordinator Apprenticeship (Level 3)
- The apprentice will train under our work-winning l team on all aspects of the role; working in our Angel Court office with the work winning team
- You will remotely attend bespoke training sessions with our provider JGA
Future Prospects
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate will progress into a full-time position with our work winning team
Vacancy Detail
Duties include but not limited to:
- Document coordination end-to-end on the bidding process
- Tracking bid deadlines and coordinating inputs between teams
- Liaising with key stakeholders on project requirements
- Turning written communication into clear, persuasive and complaint proposals
- Seeks efficiency and continuous improvement in all processes
