Brief Description
Join Bromley’s of Cotswolds and start your career in hospitality! Gain hands-on experience in a friendly, community-focused café and deli while working towards a recognised qualification. Learn customer service, food preparation and barista skills, supported by an experienced team passionate about great food and coffee.
Training to be Provided
- This programme is delivered mostly in the workplace, allowing you to build the skills needed by your employer
- Skills days in college are offered to help you develop your theory and also to target specialist skills

Vacancy Detail
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in the café and deli
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees
- Take customer orders, operate the till and handle payments accurately
- Serve food and ensure products are presented to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, displays and service stations
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and product merchandising
- Learn and follow food hygiene, health and safety, and customer service procedures
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every customer
