Brief Description
Exciting opportunity to be part of a team in a pub that's always buzzing-from big sporting occasions and music events to breakfast coffees. We're looking for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service that can deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.
Training to be Provided
Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2.
You won't need to attend college; our apprenticeship are delivered through work-based training which includes a mixture of face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6-weeks. You will also have a mentor to support you.
Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths, with support tailored to your needs (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents).
Reviews every 12-weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach.
Future Prospects
Ongoing training and support to progress in a hospitality career.

As part of our Front of House team, you'll be delivering efficient, friendly customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
Due to licencing laws and handling alcohol, all applicants must be over 18.
Responsibilities:
- Always deliver excellent customer service
- Serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the bar, front-of-house and toilets clean and tidy, at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
- Check all guests are enjoying their meal and discuss guest experience survey
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- To be aware and comply with company policy regarding: Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security and Licensing Laws
