Brief Description
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Assistant to join our Montessori and early years team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young children and eager to gain a recognised childcare qualification while learning on the job.
Training to be Provided
- Early Years Practitioner Standard
- English and maths (if required) Level 2

A full-time, permanent position at or above minimum wage.
Vacancy Detail
- Support nursery practitioners in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Assist with the supervision of children during play, learning, meals, and rest times
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development
- Observe children’s progress and contribute to basic records under supervision
- Support children with personal care routines, including toileting and hygiene
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
- Complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship
