Brief Description
Welcome to Willows Montessori Nurseries!
We are a small, family-run business offering a friendly, child-centred approach to learning, following the Montessori method of education.
Training to be Provided
- Early Years Educator Level 3
- Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Vacancy Detail
- Plan and develop activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in your care in conjunction with other team members
- To work collaboratively with other staff and engage in a good staff team
- To work alongside the Manager, Montessori Teacher and staff team to ensure that the Montessori principles and practices are fulfilled
- To act as key person to a group of children
- To carry out appropriate observations of your key children to share with parents and to keep a record of individual children’s development
- To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communications with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs
- To regularly communicate with parents about their child’s development and progress
- Liaise with and support parents and other family members as require
- To be actively involved in activities outside of usual working hours, including team meetings, training events, parent's evenings, open days and fundraising events
- Plus, other duties
Other Information
- Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Level 2 Early Years qualification or
- Experience working in a nursery
